Loft's Swivel Tie-Out is ideal for tying out your pet cat, ferret or other small animal. This product comes with a metal swivel snap-hook on each end for ease of use and 1/2" width. This product line comes in several different lengths. To use simply wrap one end around a tree or post and attach the swivel snap-hook back to the line. Then attach the swivel snap-hook at the other end to your cat's collar or to their cat harness. The cat should be carefully monitored for the first few uses until he/she gets accustomed to the product.
